It is with great regret that we must inform you of the passing of our father Tom Riedstra.

The funeral visitation was held at the CrossPoint CRC Brampton Church, located at 444 Steeles Ave. West, just east of McLaughlin Rd., Brampton at 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM Friday, June 5, 2009.

The funeral ceremony was held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 11:00 AM, again at CrossPoint CRC Church.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to John Knox Christian School, which was one of Tom’s passions.

Tom was a great father, husband, mentor, and friend to many people, and while life will not be the same without him he will always be in our hearts.

Our family would like to extend our gratitude to all of you who kept our father and us in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Your fellowship, calls and letters of condolence were of great comfort to us all.

Riedstra & Sons will continue in the tradition that Tom was celebrated for.
